Proud House Owner

At 8.30......yes 8.30 ( can you believe the time) our soliciter phoned to say the money had been transfered and we could collect the keys!!!! We collected them just after ten when we were all fully awake and dressed!! Dashed over to the house, the boys ran around whilst we went from room to room not knowing where to start first........we are going to decorate some of the rooms before we move in which will hopefully be around June!! My older two went to friends for the afternoon so we pottered around the house, I picked them up, popped to my dads then back to the house to pick hubby up and got a huge suprise as in that time I had gone, all the carpets had been ripped up downstairs to uncover beautiful wood block flooring in very good condition, two of the bedrooms had old fitted wardrobes in them and he had pulled them out....in the space of an hour and a half he had done all that bless him!!! Took lots of pics and will post them soon.
Now in a mad panic as have to think of how to decorate every room......excited but bewildred!!!
Thanks everyone for your lovely comment.....Claire xx
